In the method of this research, we collaborate with two teams of designers and users to co-create and empathize to solve a problem. The control group will use traditional interview methods of design to contemplate and deeply understand the issue that the users are facing. The second group is tasked with experimenting with a tailor-made role-playing experience by using the same tools as the control group. Although the deliverables favor the control group they also point that there is strong potential that role playing is simply a far different experience. And that it can allow designers to observe a user while reliving his/her issue in real time. Something that an Interview can never really do. 2022-07-04T12:40:49Z 2022-07-04T12:40:49Z 2022-02-20 http://hdl.handle.net/11610/24028 en Default License 56 σ. application/pdf Σύρος
