Then, the reference to the categories into which it is divided and the analysis of the way in which the above contribute to the conduct of military operations. In addition, the historical background that presents the methods by which the first electronic warfare
systems were started before the beginning of the First World War, during it, as well as during the interwar period. In addition, the description of his contribution during the Second World War and his decisive influence on the developments of important battles.
Finally, the presentation of some advanced Electronic Warfare systems, countries such
as the USA, Russia and Turkey.
In the research part it is necessary to study the level of knowledge and perceptions of the Armed Forces personnel on what the subject of the Electronic War
is dealing with, whether it can influence the developments in the "theater" of operations
and whether our country should to give weight and supply modern systems as in the future its use is estimated to expand.
Therefore, the ultimate goal of the present work is the possibility of using the conclusions drawn to form a greater degree of perception of the need that arises for the further utilization of the important tool of cyber warfare. The dissertation concludes
with the conclusion of the findings, which concern both the findings that emerged from the answers to the questionnaire, as well as some brief remarks on some of the limitations of the research and whether the present work could be a springboard. for
further research.

Η ανάγκη που δημιουργείται σε κάθε κράτος για την επικράτηση στο «θέατρο» των επιχειρήσεων, η προστασία και η ενημέρωση των φίλιων δυνάμεων αποτελεί σημαντική επιδίωξη και πολλαπλασιαστή ισχύος του. Η παρούσα εργασία στοχεύει στο να παρουσιάσει το αντικείμενο και την αξία του Ηλεκτρονικού Πολέμου σε περιόδους ειρήνης, κρίσης και πολέμου. Στο θεωρητικό πλαίσιο, πρώτο βήμα για την κατανόηση του υπό μελέτη αντικειμένου αποτελεί η επεξήγηση σημαντικών εννοιών όπως του ηλεκτρομαγνητικού φάσματος και της ηλεκτρομαγνητικής ενέργειας. Στη συνέχεια, η αναφορά στις κατηγορίες στις οποίες χωρίζεται και η ανάλυση του τρόπου με τον οποίο τα παραπάνω συμβάλουν στην διεξαγωγή των στρατιωτικών επιχειρήσεων. Επιπλέον η ιστορική αναδρομή κατά την οποία παρουσιάζονται οι μέθοδοι με τους οποίους ξεκίνησαν τα πρώτα συστήματα Ηλεκτρονικού Πολέμου πριν την έναρξη του Α’ Παγκόσμιο Πόλεμο, κατά την διάρκεια αυτού, καθώς επίσης και κατά την διάρκεια του Μεσοπολέμου. Επιπρόσθετα η περιγραφή της συνδρομής του κατά την διάρκεια του Β’ Παγκοσμίου Πολέμου και η καθοριστική επιρροή του στις εξελίξεις σημαντικών μαχών. Τέλος, η παρουσίαση ορισμένων εξελιγμένων συστημάτων Ηλεκτρονικού Πολέμου, χωρών όπως η Η.Π.Α, η Ρωσία και η Τουρκία. Στο ερευνητικό μέρος κρίνεται απαραίτητο να μελετηθεί το επίπεδο των γνώσεων και οι αντιλήψεις του προσωπικού των Ενόπλων Δυνάμεων σχετικά με το τι πραγματεύεται το αντικείμενο του Ηλεκτρονικού Πολέμου, κατά πόσο μπορεί να επηρεάσει τις εξελίξεις στο «θέατρο» των επιχειρήσεων και αν η χώρα μας θα πρέπει να δώσει βαρύτητα και να προμηθευτεί σύγχρονα συστήματα δεδομένου ότι μελλοντικά η χρήση του εκτιμάται ότι θα διευρυνθεί. Επομένως, αποτελεί απώτερο σκοπό της παρούσας εργασίας η δυνατότητα χρήσης των εξαγόμενων συμπερασμάτων για τη διαμόρφωση σε μεγαλύτερο βαθμό της αντίληψης σχετικά με την ανάγκη που προκύπτει για την περαιτέρω αξιοποίησή του σπουδαίου εργαλείου του Ηλεκτρονικού Πολέμου.
