Περίληψη:The goal of this research is to identify whether or not links exist between mental health, self-esteem, body appreciation and psychological well-being with connectedness and relatedness to nature, for a person that lives in the center of Athens, who has rarely any bonds and relationships with the natural environment.234 people from Athens both males and females, from 19 to 78 years old were asked to take part in the research through questionnaire. Our specimen is composed of people in different social classes, education, place of growth and place of residence.
