The effects of Diversity and Diversity management in business performance and corporate workplaces are increasingly becoming crucial issues for business in the era of globalization. These effects affect efficiency and productivity of the workforce and the company. The main purpose of this study is to analyze these effects, to highlight the consequences, and to provide beneficial recommendations and guidelines of diversity management, deriving from the findings of this research. Οι επιπτώσεις της πολυπολιτισμικότητας και της διαχείρισης της στην επιχειρηματική απόδοση και στα εταιρικά περιβάλλοντα είναι ολοένα και περισσότερο μείζονος σημασίας για την εποχή της παγκοσμιοποίησης. Αυτές οι επιπτώσεις επηρεάζουν την αποτελεσματικοτητα και την αποδοτικότητα του ανθρωπίνου δυναμικού των εταιριών.
