The rapid expansion of the Internet has fueled the emergence of electronic government at all levels and this was the main reason that urge me to pick E-government as subject for my diploma thesis. The integration of Information and Communication Systems into public service has a number of promising opportunities and by studying this makes me think that it is a significant way to end my undergraduate studies. Me and Mr.Charalabidis decide that a list of all books that involves subject of e-government is missing from the Greek community. This diploma thesis has a collection of 90 books and a brief study over them. The abstract of each book has been translated in Greek and we hold some useful information of them. Afterwards we searched and find 77 interesting subgroups of e-gov we figured which of the books belong to these subgroups. In the end we provide some analytics and statistics in order to understand which of these subgroups is more famous in the field of E-government.

Η διπλωματική για να ολοκληρώσω το προπτυχιακό μου πρόγραμμα ήθελα να έχει ένα επίκαιρο θέμα με μεγάλες προοπτικές για το μέλλον. Ένας τέτοιος κλάδος είναι και η Ηλεκτρονική Διακυβέρνηση (e-government) ο οποίος είναι πολλά υποσχόμενος και σίγουρα θα απασχολήσει όλα τα κράτη που θέλουν να έχουν μια πλήρης αυτοματοποιημένη παροχή των υπηρεσιών τους. Έτσι με τον κ. Γιάννη Χαραλαμπίδη αποφασίσαμε ότι από την χώρα μας λείπει μια λίστα όλων των βιβλίων που ασχολούνται με την Η-Διακυβέρνηση. Η διπλωματική αυτή περιέχει μια συλλογή από 90 βιβλία που ασχολούνται με αυτό το θέμα καθώς επίσης και μια μελέτη πάνω σε αυτά. Η περίληψη των βιβλίων μεταφράστηκε στα Ελληνικά και κρατήσαμε κάποιες πληροφορίες που μας φάνηκαν χρήσιμες. Στη συνέχεια αναζητήσαμε 77 ενδιαφέρουσες υποομάδες της Η-Διακυβέρνησης και βρήκαμε πόσα βιβλία περιέχουν αυτές τις υποομάδες. Και τέλος βγάλαμε ορισμένα στατιστικά για το πόσο δημοφιλές είναι αυτές οι υποομάδες. Επιπρόσθετα από τα βιβλία που διέθεταν την μερική τους προβολή ηλεκτρονικά στο amazon στο google books συλλέξαμε τα περιεχόμενά τους και τα διαγράμματα που μας φάνηκαν χρήσιμα.
