Περίληψη:The objective of this thesis is to analyse the Human resource management systems (HRMS) and the various elements that are connected with the improvement of HRMS. In order to achieve this analysis, this thesis starts with a literature review about Business Process Management and after that, presents the relevant literature about the theories surrounding both the PDCA cycle and Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) which focus on data about the people in an organization. All the concepts are first examined in the whole of the economy, but are later analysed with specific regard to the banking industry. Among the concepts analysed are the Human Resource processes that every HRM system should have, the HRMS processes and the usage of HRMS in banking sector. The purpose of this study is to examine the processes and features of these systems through an extensive review of Greek and international literature. Furthermore, there are real business case studies using such systems in order to better understand the effects of their use. In addition, this thesis presents us the characteristics and processes of popular information systems of trade and evaluated based on selected criteria.
