Περίληψη:A profound international financial crisis hit in last three centuries most states and led to a global recession. The recent global financial crisis persists with painful consequences at individual and social level. In particular, last years the world community is facing a sharp economic crisis, with dramatic consequences for the banking system of most states and for various business. An International Monetary Fund says, the crisis moves dramatically in the real economy, causing a recession and a fall of the employment. Most states - members proceeded to decision making, which are determined by the specific circumstances of each country and they have as main objectives to improve liquidity, to leverage the investment and to succeed the revelation of economy. In this environment modern banks are called to meet the needs and the challenges of our era, as an international competition is developed, and their development is facilitated by new technologies. That’s why is important the role of human resource, as they can avoid various problems, promote the new banking products and modernize the operation of banks. This study tries to evaluate the relationship between human resource and banking products and finally is based on a case study.
