| Περίληψη: | Ο πρωταρχικός στόχος αυτής της διπλωματικής εργασίας είναι η ανάπτυξη ενός συστήματος ηλεκτρονικής υποβοήθησης των διεργασιών που εκτελεί ένας φοιτητής. Για το σκοπό αυτό μελετήθηκε η σημασία της χρήσης τεχνολογιών πληροφορικής στην εκπαίδευση καθώς και οι προοπτικές και τα προβλήματα που αυτή δημιουργεί. Στην συνέχεια εξετάστηκαν για ποιές λειτουργίες που εκτελούνται με συμβατικούς τρόπους θα μπορούσαν να αναπτυχθούν ηλεκτρονικές διεργασίες υποβοήθησης. The primary objective of this thesis is to develop a system that supports a student electronicaly with his processes. For this purpose we studied the importance of using information technologies in education and the prospects and problems it creates. In turn, functions performed by conventional means were examined and possible electronic processes that could replace them were studied. Examining goes further, revealing problems students and teachers have, considering already implemented solutions on the market which offer solutions. Furthermore, a list of the operational requirements that users possibly have is gathered, and the respective use cases are designed. The system we developed is based on the client-server model and uses the "Rest architecture". The Client connects to the system via his mobile phone (with operating Android), and the data management on the server is carried out via browser applications (web based application). The conclusion of the thesis was to evaluate the system in two different ways, the "think aloud" method where we asked users to perform specific actions and evaluate accordingly and the second method was the common "questionnaires evaluation" process. Finally, we recorded the conclusions we made from the development of this project, and suggest ways to further develop the system. |
