| Περιγραφή: | This article presents the theoretical foundation and functional implementation of the Informational Coherence Index (ICOER) v7.1, a dynamic metric designed to measure coherence across semantic, biological, and temporal layers. Grounded in the Unified Theory of Informational Spin (TGU), the ICOER serves as an interface between bioinformational signals and adaptive artificial intelligence (AI) systems. We formalize the mathematical structure of informational spins, introduce weighted coherence components, and validate the model through an analysis of temporal-symbolic attractors. The system offers a new perspective on integrating distributed cognition, EEG-based feedback, and real-time information flow across agents. Although no real-world experimental data is provided, the ICOER is fully executable and open for application by researchers, developers, and experimentalists interested in adaptive networks, distributed AI, and the architecture of future consciousness systems. |
