Περιγραφή: This paper proposes that the EFWAG principle—"Energy Flows Where Attention Goes"—is not only a psychological or social framework but a universal law governing the transition from potential to reality. Building upon prior validations in the fields of economics, psychology, AI behavior, and political structure, this third paper explores the application of EFWAG in the domain of biology and quantum physics. By linking the observer effect in quantum mechanics with gene expression mechanisms in genomics, we present EFWAG as a structural function underpinning both the micro and macro levels of life and existence.
