Περιγραφή: The South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) utilizes outside engineering design firms (consultants) when the internal design staff’s existing and projected workload capacity precludes developing a project in‐house. This project explores the steps taken to create two independent internal estimates during consultant procurement per the strategic plan of the department and data analyzation for future projects.
