| Περιγραφή: | Este trabajo pretende abordar el análisis del concepto de “Constitución” a través de la historia hasta llegar a la época contemporánea. Se identifican los conceptos relacionados a la idea de constitución y los pilares fundamentales de un orden constitucional. Del mismo modo, se examina las diversas tipologías que ha determinado la doctrina al respecto. Finalmente, analizamos las posibles aplicaciones de la idea de constitución y de los pilares fundamentales y fundantes de un orden constitucional en el ámbito internacional. ; This paper aims to address the analysis of the concept of “Constitution” throughout history until reaching contemporary times. It identifies the concepts related to the idea of constitution, various typologies of it and the doctrine of the fundamental pillars of a constitutional order. Lastly, it is explored the diverse possibilities of implementation of the idea of constitution and the fundamental pillars of a constitutional order –all of them founding of a constitutional legal system-, in the international arena. |
