| Περιγραφή: | The article provides a comprehensive theoretical substantiation of a parametric risk-based approach to quality control and reliability of automobile parts, taking into account the trends of digitalization of production, implementation of Industry 4.0 concepts and transition to predictive management of the technical condition of vehicles. The aim of the study is to develop an integrated analytical model that combines a multiparametric description of the technical condition of parts with a quantitative assessment of the probability of failure and determination of the integral risk taking into account the severity of the consequences. To achieve the goal, methods of statistical analysis, normalization of parametric deviations, multivariate probabilistic modeling taking into account correlations between parameters, as well as approximate methods of reliability theory FORM (First-Order Reliability Method) and SORM (Second-Order Reliability Method) were used to estimate the reliability index and probability of failure. A formalized model of integral risk is proposed, which takes into account normalized deviations of parameters, intensity of degradation processes, weighting factors of influence of individual characteristics and safety, economic and operational consequences of failure. An algorithm for the practical implementation of the approach is developed, which involves the transition from discrete regulatory control to continuous parametric monitoring of the technical condition of parts with the possibility of integrating the results of non-destructive testing and operational data. The results obtained form a methodological basis for building adaptive quality and reliability management systems, increasing the validity of technical decision-making and contributing to reducing the risk of failures during the operation of vehicles. ; У статті здійснено комплексне теоретичне обґрунтування параметричного ризик-орієнтованого підходу до контролю якості та надійності деталей автомобілів з урахуванням тенденцій ... |
