| Description: | La Lliteratura Infantil y Xuvenil (LLIX) constitúi ún de los sofitos de la tresmisión de la llingua y la cultura pa neñes y neños. Los currículos vixentes de Llingua Asturiana y Lliteratura d’Educación Primaria y Educación Secundaria Obligatoria planteguen, ente los sos saberes básicos, la llectura d’obres que s’afaigan a los intereses de los escolinos y la conocencia del patrimoniu lliterariu asturianu y de la lliteratura actual. Nesti sen, precísase de revisar si los formatos, temátiques y xéneros de los llibros infantiles y xuveniles n’asturianu respuenden a los intereses de los rapacinos y a les tendencies lliteraries actuales. Poro, nesti trabayu ufiértase un percorríu peles obres infantiles y xuveniles nos 25 caberos años. Pa ello, creóse una base de datos con un corpus de 462 obres espublizaes n’asturianu dende l’añu 2000 al 2024. Pa la clasi- ficación de los resultaos estrayíos, aplicóse’l criteriu d’edá, temática, complexidá llingüística y xéneru/subxéneru. L’análisis que s’ufierta faise en función de los xéneros/subxéneros lliterarios, les temátiques y los formatos, rellacionando los resultaos coles tendencies de LLIX nel ámbitu hispánicu y trazando una perspeutiva de futuru pa cola LLIX n’asturianu. ; Children’s and Youth Literature Is one of the key elements in the transmission of lan- guage and culture to children. The current educational legislation of Asturian Language and Literature subject for Primary and Secundary Education (ESO), includes as fundamental knowl- edge the reading of books suited to students’ interests, as well as an understanding of Asturian literary heritage and contemporary literature. In this sense, it is necessary to review whether the formats, topics and genres of Children’s and Young People’s books in Asturian respond to the interests of children and current literary trends. This study provides a comprehensive overview of Children’s and Youth Literature published in the last 25 years.
