Unlike cryogenic quantum systems, KAYA exploits delayed-choice quantum mechanics in silicon photonic circuits, enabling scalable quantum computation without refrigeration infrastructure. Our theoretical framework and simulation results demonstrate proof-of-concept for complementarity-based quantum control with high fidelities (F > 0.95) and coherence times of 333-667 picoseconds at 300K, with comprehensive noise modeling including phonon coupling, thermal fluctuations, optical losses, and material defects. **Keywords:** Quantum Computing, Photonic Circuits, Room Temperature, Delayed Choice, Quantum Interferometry --- ## 1. Introduction Current quantum computing platforms require extreme operating conditions - superconducting qubits at 15 mK, trapped ions in ultra-high vacuum, or diamond NV centers with precise magnetic field control. These requirements create fundamental barriers to widespread adoption: high costs, complex infrastructure, and limited portability. We introduce KAYA (Kernel for Advanced Yield of Quantum Interference Arrays), a photonic quantum architecture exploiting delayed-choice quantum mechanics to achieve room-temperature operation. The core innovation lies in dynamic control between particle-like and wave-like photon behavior through integrated quantum erasure circuits. ### 1.1 Fundamental Principle The KAYA architecture is based on Wheeler's delayed-choice experiment: the quantum nature of a photon ... |
