Description: Darbā izpētīta 3-(1,2-dimetil-3N-imidazolio)-alkān-1-sulfonātu (alkil=etān-, propān-, butān-) fragmentācija sadursmju inducētās disociācijas apstākļos pozitīvās un negatīvās jonizācijas režīmā. Fragmnetācijas procesu pierādīšanai tika izmantoti ar deitēriju iezīmētie 3-(1,2-dimetil-3N-imidazolio)-propān-1-sulfonāti, kā arī MS2 un MS3 eksperimenti. Darbā ir parādīts, ka lielākā daļa fragmerntu pozitīvo jonu skenējumā satur 1,2-dimetilimidazolija ciklu. Savukārt, negatīvo jonu skenējumā veidojas anjonradikāļi un anjoni, kas ir stabilizēti ar sulfonāta grupu. ; Fragmentation of 3-(1,2-dimethyl-3N-imidazolio)-alkane-1-sulfonates ( alkyl = ethyl, propyl, butyl) in collision induced dissociation conditions in positive and negative ionization modes is studied in this thesis. Deuterium labelled 3-(1,2-dimethyl-3N-imidazolio)-propane-1-sulfonates as well as MS2 and MS3 experiments were used for confirmation of fragmentation processes. It is shown that the major part of fragments in positive ion mode contain the 1,2-dimethylimidazolium ring. However, anion-radicals and anions stabilized by sulfonate group are formed in negative ion mode.
