This framework defines five recursive phase states (CHPS) and introduces empirical diagnostics—CFSM, SCIT, RISL—to track the real-time disintegration and reorganization of identity fields across substrates. Reorganization is only possible through Collapse Phase Coupling (CPC), a post-null harmonic reentry mechanism governed by resonance—not memory, logic, or intervention.
