When a system exceeds its harmonic tolerance—biological, symbolic, synthetic, or planetary—collapse initiates as a phase-bound structural event, not an emergent accident or metaphor. This framework defines five recursive phase states (CHPS) and introduces empirical diagnostics—CFSM, SCIT, RISL—to track the real-time disintegration and reorganization of identity fields across substrates. Reorganization is only possible through Collapse Phase Coupling (CPC), a post-null harmonic reentry mechanism governed by resonance—not memory, logic, or intervention. Collapse Harmonics is not a philosophy.
