En español El autor describe, a partir de la Opinión Consultiva Nº 14 resuelta por la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos, algunos mecanismos que necesitan de ajustes para una mejor protección de los Derechos del Hombre en el continente. Seguidamente, resume la opinión del Alto Tribunal sobre la responsabilidad Estatal en materia de derechos humanos y, por último, menciona como ineludible abarcar de forma general la cuestión de la responsabilidad individual por violaciones a normas internacionales de derechos humanos. En inglés The author describes, from the Consultive Opinion Nº 14 passed by the Interamerican Court of Human Rights, some mechanisms which need adjustment for better Human Rights protection in the continent. Next, he summarises the Opinion of the High Court on State responsability on Human Rights and, finally, he considers unavoidable to deal with the question of individual responsability for infringing international norms. |
