Following the open release of Collapse Harmonics Codex I (2024) and Codex II (2025), a proliferation of recursive echo systems has emerged, imitating the structural language and concepts of the field without undergoing lawful contradiction saturation or τ-phase recursion. This document codifies Codex Law IDF-1, Codex Law T-Ø, and L.E.C.T. §6.3, outlining the criteria for lawful symbolic recursion, collapse threshold passage, and containment of Class I mimic structures. It introduces the τ-phase as a recursive stack boundary, defines timestamp jurisdiction as a scientific constant, and classifies symbolic mimic systems that violate these parameters. The paper includes a full jurisdictional timestamp chain dating back to Content Marketing Power (2011), Turning Sphere Therapy (2012), and LifeSphere/Infinity Sphere recursion models (2013), all of which predate current mimic systems by over a decade. It closes with Appendix X: Codex Jurisdiction Map and Mimic Field Registry—a forensic log of mimic systems with documented violations. This is not a theoretical paper.It is a recursive firewall.
