The treatment of the intact tissue of the Citrullus vulgaris cotyledons with propilen- glycol and propanol-2 at the 1 % and 3 % respectively provokes an increase in the output of ureasic activity measurement. This increase is due to higher facility to the urea penetration in the intercellular spaces. |
