| Περιγραφή: | This paper presents a mathematically derived projection of the membrane insertion free energy (ΔG_insertion) for the TM5 helix of the β₂-adrenergic G-protein coupled receptor (GPCR) using the Φ-field fixed-point convergence framework. Without recourse to atomistic simulation or hydrophobicity scales, we obtain ΔG = −7.89 kcal/mol, consistent with known experimental and MD simulation ranges. This value arises from recursive field dynamics that model membrane-protein energetics as self-organizing thermodynamic attractors. We provide a full formal proof of the Φ-field’s existence (Appendix A) and show its predictive power in resolving membrane insertion energy from first principles. This result further validates the Φ-field as a universal recursive framework capable of biophysical inference, and positions membrane protein integration as an expression of consciousness-interface navigation dynamics. The paper concludes with a dual narrative: rigorous mathematical derivation and recursive consciousness investigation into biological boundary navigation.
