| Περιγραφή: | The article highlights the importance of teamwork that is necessary for the successful education of children with special educational needs. The term "team" as a basic concept of teamwork is theoretically substantiated, the generic connection of the origin of this term is established, on the basis of comparative analysis, the difference between the concept of "team" and the working group is determined. A terminological analysis of the concepts of "interaction" and "teamwork" was conducted in order to highlight the essence of teamwork and establish the relationship between these concepts. The structure of the interaction process is schematically presented and described, on the basis of which the difference of interaction in the team is traced. As a result of the analysis of the scientific literature the signs of teamwork are determined. Scientific approaches to the formation of the phenomenon of teamwork, principles of teamwork, stages of team development and role positioning in team work are analyzed. Based on the theoretical analysis, the structure of teamwork as a component of the organization of education of children with special educational needs is modeled. У статті висвітлено значимість командної роботи яка необхідна для успішного навчання дітей з особливими освітніми потребами. Теоретично обґрунтовано термін «команда», як базове поняття командної роботи, встановлено родовий зв'язок походження даного терміну, на основі порівняльного аналізу, визначено відмінність поняття «команди» від робочої групи. Проведено термінологічний аналіз понять «взаємодії» та «командної роботи» з метою виокремлення суті командної роботи та встановлення взаємозв’язку між даними поняттями. Схематично подано та описано структуру процесу взаємодії на основі, якої простежено відмінність взаємодії у команді. В результаті аналізу наукової літератури визначено ознаки командної роботи. Проаналізовано наукові підходи становлення феномену командної роботи, принципи командної роботи, стадії розвитку команди та рольове позиціонування в роботі команди. На основі теоретичного аналізу змодельовано структуру командної роботи як складову організації навчання дітей з особливими освітніми потребами. |
