| Description: | The amount of CD3+- and CD4+-T-lymphocytes has been determined in infants, born to HIV-infected women, both with a confirmed diagnosis of HIV-infection and noninfected children. It has been shown, that the absence of immunosupression does not influence on the probability of rapid progression of HIV-infection in infants and can not be to a greater degree prognostic criterion of the development of AIDS-indicated conditions. A violation of the cellular link of immunity of infants is observed not only in HIV-infected infants but also in infants with other infections and against an unfavourable premorbid background. Визначена кількість CD3+- і CD4+-Т-лімфоцитів у дітей раннього віку, народжених ВІЛ-інфікованими жінками, як із підтвердженим діагнозом ВІЛ-інфекції, так і неінфікованих ВІЛ. Виявлено, що відсутність імуносупресії не впливає на ймовірність швидкого прогресування ВІЛ-інфекції в дітей раннього віку й не може повною мірою служити прогностичним критерієм розвитку СНІД-індикаторних станів. Порушення клітинної ланки імунітету в дітей раннього віку спостерігається не тільки при ВІЛ-інфекції, але й при інших інфекціях й на несприятливому преморбідному фоні. |
