| Description: | The article defines the necessity of paradigm renovation of activity of environmental protection, including adaptation of Ukrainean environmental legislation with EU legislation as a substantial factor in the formation of the system of ecolegal education and also discusses the main problems on the road to European integration in the field of environmental protection Обосновывана необходимость парадигмального обновления природоохранной деятельности, в частности адаптации законодательства Украины к законодательству Европейского Союза как фактор формирования системы экоправового воспитания, а также рассмотрены основные проблемы на пути евроинтеграции Украины в сфере охраны окружающей среды Обґрунтовано необхідність парадигмального оновлення природоохоронної діяльності, зокрема адаптації законодавства України до законодавства Європейського Союзу, як чинник змістовного формування системи екоправового виховання, а також розглядаються основні проблеми на шляху до євроінтеграції України в сфері захисту довкілля |
