| Περιγραφή: | The article deals with the analysis of the “commercial secret” concept and the peculiarities of the regulation of public relations in this field, as well as the justification of the classification of this concept to information with restricted access (namely classified information). The author provided a generalized notion of classified information and proposed to unify the legislative definition of the term “commercial secret”. Some proposals have been made to amend the legislative regulation of information public relations in Ukraine. Стаття присвячена аналізу поняття “комерційна таємниця” та особливостям правового регулювання суспільних відносин у даній сфері, а також обґрунтування віднесення даного поняття до інформації з обмеженим доступом (а саме таємної інформації). Автором було надане узагальнене поняття секретної інформації та запропоновано уніфікувати законодавче визначення поняття комерційна таємниця. Сформовано певні пропозиції щодо внесення змін у законодавчому регулюванні інформаційних суспільних відносин в Україні. |
