| Περιγραφή: | Recently, the problem of European and Euro-Atlantic integration of Ukraine has become an important part of scientific research. This is due to the geopolitical changes that intensified after the collapse of the USSR and the "big expansion" of the European Union to the east in 2004 and 2007, as a result of which the superpower economic bloc, which is the EU, and the NATO military-political alliance, came to the western frontiers of the former Soviet Union. The article shows that the European and Euro-Atlantic integration of Ukraine is the most important factor of both international activity of Ukraine and its internal policy is for a long-term perspective, which guaranties security and positively affects Ukraine's relations with all countries of the world. Ukraine has committed itself to acknowledging and maintaining the common values on which the EU is builtdemocracy, respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms, the rule of law. The article is about the legal principles of preparation for the signing of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union. Has been researched the process of realization of the political course of Ukraine, which as European country strives for integration into the EU, for an equitable, mutually beneficial partnership with the EU, and aims to strengthen position in the global system of international relations. Has been proved the connection of special geographical location of the country (between Europe and Asia) with multidirectional foreign policy orientation (Eastern - CIS countries, western - Poland, Western Europe, USA and south-east - Bulgaria, Turkey, Eastern countries). Have been given arguments in favor of Ukraine's cooperation with the EU and has been presented potential directions of cooperation between Ukraine and the EU, such as in-depth of targeted regulatory approximation with the focus on participation in European value added chains, industrial outsourcing, wider involvement of Ukraine into the programs "Horizon 2020" and COSME, exchanging of the experience of the latest technologies using. The irrevocable realization of the course on integration will ensure guarantees of human rights, the development of civil society in Ukraine and the construction of a socially oriented market economy. В статье рассмотрены правовые основы подготовки к подписанию Соглашения об ассоциации между Украиной и Европейским союзом. Исследован процесс реализации политического курса Украины как европейского государства, которое стремится к равноправному взаимовыгодному партнерству с ЕС, на интеграцию в ЕС и его влиянию на внешнеэкономические связи и укрепления позиций в мировой системе международных отношений. Доказана связь особого географического положения страны (между Европой и Азией) и многовекторности внешнеполитической ориентации (восточный - страны СНГ, западный - Польша, Западная Европа, США и юго-восточный - Болгария, Турция, страны Востока), приведены аргументы в пользу развития сотрудничества Украины с ЕС. Доказано, что сочетание углубленного целевого регуляторного приближения с фокусом на участие в европейских цепях создания добавленной стоимости, промышленного аутсорсинга; широкого привлечения Украины к программам «Горизонт 2020» и COSME; обмена новейшими технологиями, являются потенциальными направлениями сотрудничества Украины и ЕС. У статті розглянуто правові засади підготовки до підписання Угоди про асоціацію між Україною та Європейським Союзом. Досліджено процес реалізації політичного курсу України, як європейської держави, що прагне рівноправного взаємовигідного партнерства з ЄС, на інтеграцію до ЄС та його впливу на зовнішньоекономічні зв’язки і зміцнення позицій у світовій системі міжнародних відносин. Доведено зв'язок особливого географічного розташування країни (між Європою і Азією) та багатовекторності зовнішньополітичної орієнтації (східний – країни СНД, західний – Польща, Західна Європа, США та південно-східний – Болгарія, Туреччина, країни Сходу), наведено аргументи на користь розвитку співпраці України з ЄС. Доведено, що поєднання поглибленого цільового регуляторного наближення з фокусом на участі в європейських ланцюгах створення доданої вартості, промислового аутсорсингу; ширшого залучення України до програм «Горизонт 2020» та COSME; обміну новітніми технологіями, є потенційними напрямами співробітництва України та ЄС. |
