| Description: | The effectiveness of Basic Military Training (BMT) largely depends on the activities of its subjects – academic and teaching staff (ATS) and instructor-teaching personnel (ITP) – as well as the level of synergy between them. At the same time, the scientific literature lacks a methodology that enables a quantitative and systematic assessment of the contribution of these subjects to achieving the goals of BMT, taking into account both individual characteristics and their joint activities. The need for a scientific solution to this problem determines the necessity of formalizing the assessment process of BMT subjects based on a set of justified indicators that reflect the preparedness of an individual subject. The purpose of this article is to present a methodology for assessing BMT subjects that makes it possible to account for their impact on personnel training. The proposed assessment methodology considers the influence of BMT subjects on the training process of BMT participants through the selection of indicators that characterize the preparedness of ATS and ITP, as well as the synergy between them. Given the independence of these indicators, the method of additive aggregation is applied, which allows evaluating the influence of each indicator on the performance of BMT subjects. The introduction of this partial methodology, as a component of a comprehensive methodology for assessing the effectiveness of BMT, will contribute to an objective evaluation of BMT subjects and help identify problematic issues in their activities, thereby enhancing the readiness of Ukrainian citizens for national defense. The results of this study may be used by BMT subjects during their assessment and in further research in this area conducted by scientific institutions. Ефективність базової загальновійськової підготовки (БЗВП) значною мірою залежить від діяльності її суб’єктів – науково-педагогічних (педагогічних) працівників (НПП) та інструкторсько-викладацького (інструкторського) складу (ІВС) та рівня синергізму між ними. Водночас у наукових джерелах відсутня методика, що дозволяє кількісно й системно оцінити внесок зазначених суб’єктів у досягнення цілей БЗВП, з урахуванням як індивідуальних характеристик, так і їх спільної діяльності. Потреба в науковому розв’язанні цього завдання обумовлює необхідність формалізації процесу оцінювання суб’єктів БЗВП на основі сукупності обґрунтованих показників, які відображають підготовленість окремого суб’єкта БЗВП. Метою статті є висвітлення методики оцінювання суб’єктів БЗВП, яка дає змогу врахувати їх вплив на проведення навчання персоналу. Методика оцінювання суб’єктів БЗВП враховує їх вплив на проведення навчання об’єктів БЗВП на основі вибору сукупності показників, які характеризують підготовленість НПП і ІВС та синергізм між ними. Враховуючи незалежність цих показників, застосовано метод адитивної агрегації, що дає змогу оцінити вплив кожного показника на діяльність суб’єктів БЗВП. Впровадження даної часткової методики, як складової комплексної методики оцінювання ефективності БЗВП, сприятиме об’єктивній оцінці суб’єктів БЗВП, а також виявленню проблемних питань у їх діяльності, що сприятиме підвищенню готовності громадян України до оборони держави. Результати проведеного дослідження можуть бути використані суб’єктами БЗВП під час їх оцінювання та у подальших дослідженнях з даного напрямку в наукових установах. |
