| Description: | The article examines the main theoretical principles of strategic management of innovation and investment potential in the conditions of transformational processes of the national economy. The purpose of the article is to develop the main theoretical provisions of strategic management of the development of innovation and investment potential in the conditions of transformational processes caused by the formation of the digital economy. The process of managing innovation and investment potential is based on complex interac-tion between state authorities at all levels, research institutions and enterprises, which en-sures the systematic and multi-level implementation of state policy in the field of promoting innovation and investment development. Based on the research the experience of the leading countries of the world it has been determined the priority areas of state regulation by the development of innovation and investment potential. It has been proved that the focus of attention of strategic management at the current stage of innovative development of priority sectors of the economy is focused on the synergistic effect of achieving the goals of sustainable development and digitalization. The strategic goals of state regulation of the development of innovation and investment potential have been highlighted. It has been determined that the priority goals of strategic management of innovation and investment potential are economic, social, market and environmental goals. The basic requirements for the strategic management of the innovation and investment potential of the economy have been substantiated. The author's definition of strategic management of innovation and investment potential in the context of a systemic approach has been proposed. A system of strategic management principles has been formed and the structure of the system of strategic management of innovation and investment potential has been proposed. The use of a systemic approach makes it possible to define the system of strategic management of innovation and investment potential as a complex system that contributes to the transformation of innovation and in-vestment processes into a new plane, the basis of which is digital technologies and tools, bioeconomy and sustainable economic development. У статті розглянуто основні теоретичні положення стратегічного управління інноваційно-інвестиційним потенціалом в умовах трансформаційних процесів національної економіки. На основі дослідження досвіду провідних країн світу визначено пріоритетні напрями державного регулювання розвитку інноваційно-інвестиційного потенціалу. Доведено, що фокус уваги стратегічного управління на сучасному етапі інноваційного розвитку пріоритетних галузей економіки орієнтований на синергетичний ефект досягнення цілей сталого розвитку та цифровізації. Виокремлено стратегічні цілі державного регулювання розвитку інноваційно-інвестиційного потенціалу. Запропоновано авторське визначення стратегічного управління інноваційно-інвестиційним потенціалом в контексті системного підходу. Сформовано систему принципів стратегічного управління та запропоновано структуру системи стратегічного управління інноваційно-інвестиційним потенціалом в системі національної економіки. |
