| Description: | The article examines and defines the essence of the following concepts: distance learning, professional standard of the teacher, competence; describes the theoretical analysis of project competence as a component of the professional competence of a teacher, reveals the essence and structure of the phenomenon «project competence», defines the criteria and levels of the development of this competence, substantiates the components of project competence development in teachers, which includes principles, goals, and tasks. The teacher's design competence is a professional and personal quality based on the teacher's knowledge, skills, personal experience and value orientations, which contribute to the effective preparation and implementation of projects in the educational process. Education is the only social institution through which every person passes, gaining knowledge, practical skills and abilities, developing professional views and a stable civic position. Distance learning is based on the independent interactive work of the learner with specially developed educational materials, owing to new technological possibilities, a process performed synchronously with teachers and classmates, with the possibility of constantly receiving feedback. Distance learning is a rather complex phenomenon in pedagogy, which occurs with the use of digital technologies and requires additional efforts in the organization of remote interaction of all participants in the educational process. Design competence in this context combines professional knowledge, intellectual skills, skills and methods of activity, organizational skills and the ability to predict the final result. Описано теоретичний аналіз проєктувальної компетентності як складника професійної компетентності вчителя, виявлено сутність і структуру цього феномена, визначено критерії та рівні сформованості проєктувальної компетентності, обґрунтовано компоненти формування проєктувальної компетентності вчителів, яка охоплює принципи, цілі та завдання. Проєктувальна компетентність учителя являє собою професійно-особистісну якість, що заснована на знаннях, уміннях, особистісному досвіді й ціннісних орієнтаціях учителя, що сприяють ефективній підготовці та впровадженню проєктів в освітній процес. |
