У статті досліджено вимоги законодавства Європейського Союзу (ЄС) з питань інформаційної культури, цифрової грамотності та доступу до інформації. Дане дослідження охоплює ключові директиви, рекомендації, та інші нормативно-правові акти, які формують політику ЄС у сфері інформаційної культури. Особлива увага приділяється механізмам забезпечення прозорості, захисту персональних даних та розвитку цифрових компетентностей громадян. |
