Дане дослідження охоплює ключові директиви, рекомендації, та інші нормативно-правові акти, які формують політику ЄС у сфері інформаційної культури. Особлива увага приділяється механізмам забезпечення прозорості, захисту персональних даних та розвитку цифрових компетентностей громадян. |
