| Περιγραφή: | The article is devoted to the theoretical substantiation of the author’s method of forming organizational competence in future specialists in physical culture and sports of the Armed Forces (hereinafter – the Armed Forces) of Ukraine. The analysis of scientific views on the concept of “methodology” is carried out and the author’s definition of the concept “methodology of formation of organizational competence in future specialists of physical culture and sports of the Armed Forces of Ukraine” is offered. In particular, methodological approaches to the methodology of its formation are determined, as well as its main stages, purpose, tasks, content, methodology, types of training sessions, tools. Research methods: theoretical analysis of scientific literature; generalization and interpretation of the obtained theoretical and empirical data; designing methods of forming organizational competence. The main stages of the methodology are revealed: value-motivational; base; final. The author’s method is offered in the form of the table in which all stages, the purpose, tasks, methods and means of training and educational employment are opened. The importance of introducing a special course “Organizational competence in future specialists in physical culture and sports of the Armed Forces of Ukraine” was revealed and substantiated. The content of the special course includes the following topics: Topic 1. Specialist in physical culture and sports of the Armed Forces of Ukraine: role, place and main functions in the system of physical training in the military unit. Topic 2. Organizational competence as a component of professional competence of a specialist in physical culture and sports of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Topic 3. Organizational activities of the specialist in physical culture and sports of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the military unit. Topic 4. Methods of forming organizational skills of future specialists in physical culture and sports of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Стаття присвячена теоретичному обґрунтуванню авторської методики формування організаційної компетентності у майбутніх фахівців із фізичної культури і спорту Збройних сил (далі – ЗС) України. Проведено аналіз наукових поглядів щодо поняття “методика” та запропоноване авторське визначення поняття “методика формування організаційної компетентності у майбутніх фахівців із фізичної культури і спорту ЗС України”. Зокрема визначено методологічні підходи щодо методики її формування, а також основні її етапи, мету, завдання, зміст, методи, види навчальних занять, засоби. |
