| Description: | The task of the State Border Service of Ukraine is to ensure the integrity of the state border and protect the sovereign rights of Ukraine in the adjacent zone, including the maritime economic zone. During the military invasion of an aggressor country, the problem of protecting and defending the state border arises in the conditions of a complex armed conflict, which at the initial stage took on the character of a hybrid war in the East and South of Ukraine. Threats to national security, sovereignty and territorial integrity of the country are caused by the aggressive actions of the aggressor country, which seeks to annex the territory of Ukraine. The article highlights some methodological advice on forming the readiness of future border guard officers to counteract the negative informational and psychological impact on the aggressor’s personnel in the context of information warfare. The analysis of the scientific literature devoted to the problem revealed a variety of approaches to the problem under consideration and ambiguity in the views of scientists regarding the definition of some methodological concepts. The unanimity of the position of scientists was found that the proposed advice serves as a kind of “bridge” between theoretical principles and their practical implementation. They are used as an expression of the methodological foundations of the formation of a certain phenomenon, which contributes to the achievement of predetermined pedagogical goals by integrating innovations into the educational process. In the process of the study, some methodological advice necessary for preparing future officers to effectively counteract the negative informational and psychological impact of the aggressor in the context of information warfare was outlined. The need to improve the system of ensuring the national security of Ukraine, taking into account the specifics of the State Border Service of Ukraine, was substantiated. Separate approaches to determining the counteraction to hybrid war, the essence and general features of hybrid war are determined, and problematic issues of protecting national interests at the state border are analyzed. Завдання Державної прикордонної служби України полягає в забезпеченні цілісності державного кордону та захисту суверенних прав України у прилеглій зоні, включаючи морську економічну зону. Під час військового вторгнення країни-агресора виникає проблема охорони й захисту державного кордону в умовах складного збройного конфлікту, що на початковому етапі набув характеру гібридної війни на Сході та Півдні України. Загрозу національній безпеці, суверенітету й територіальній цілісності країни спричинені агресивними діями країни-агресора, яка прагне анексувати територію України. У статті висвітлено деякі методичні поради щодо формування готовності майбутніх офіцерів-прикордонників до протидії негативного інформаційно-психологічного впливу на особовий склад агресора в умовах інформаційної війни”. Аналіз наукової літератури, присвяченої проблемі, виявило різноманіття підходів до проблеми, що розглядається, і неоднозначність у поглядах науковців щодо визначення деяких методичних порад. З’ясовано одностайність позиції учених, що запропоновані поради виконують роль своєрідного “містка” між теоретичними засадами та практичною їх реалізацією. Вони використовуються як вираження методологічних основ формування певного явища, яке сприяє досягненню заздалегідь визначених педагогічних цілей шляхом інтеграції інновацій у освітній процес. У процесі дослідження окреслено деякі методичні поради, необхідні для підготовки майбутніх офіцерів до ефективної протидії негативному інформаційно-психологічному впливу агресора в контексті інформаційної війни. Обґрунтовано необхідність удосконалення системи забезпечення національної безпеки України з урахуванням специфіки Державної прикордонної служби України. Вивчено окремі підходи до визначення протидії гібридної війни, визначено сутність та загальні риси гібридної війни, проаналізовано проблемні питання захисту національних інтересів на державному кордоні. |
