| Description: | The factor of English language proficiency in the professional competence development of future specialists in the diplomatic service is analyzed. The main theoretical and methodological positioning of the English language in the paradigm of professionalism for a specialist in the field of international relations is considered. The English language is defined as an element of fundamental competencies that form an inextricable relationship with diplomatic dimensions. From the point of view of the innovative information and digital space, the English language is interpreted as a factor in ensuring and supporting diplomatic activity and acts as a flexible skill. The study of English at a modern higher education institution in the field of international relations involves the synergy of functional characteristics of literacy and conceptual elements of diplomatic language. Special attention in university educational programs for studying English is paid to the information and digital space of diplomatic activity. In general, the English-speaking environment is a relevant platform in the field of international relations, therefore, English language proficiency is defined as both fundamental and flexible ways. Аналізується фактор володіння англійською мовою в процесі формування фахових компетенцій майбутніх спеціалістів дипломатичної служби. Розглядаються основні теоретико-методологічні позиціонування англійської мови у парадигмі професійності фахівця сфери міжнародних відносин. Англійська мова визначається як елемент фундаментальних компетенцій, які формують нерозривні взаємозв’язки з дипломатичними вимірами. З погляду інноваційного інформаційно-цифрового простору, англійська мова тлумачиться як фактор забезпечення та супроводу дипломатичної активності та виступає в якості гнучких навичок. Загалом, англомовне середовище є актуальною платформою у сфері міжнародних відносин, тому володіння англійською мовою визначається й у фундаментальному та гнучкому проявах. |
