Description: Introduction. The specifics of the service activities of the servicemen of the security and defense forces of Ukraine in modern combat conditions determine the clear need for the formation and strengthening of their psychological resistance to the negative impact of various factors during the performance of official tasks. Self-regulation of the mental states and behavior of military personnel allows timely and adequate response to unforeseen changes in the situation by optimally reducing the level of fear, anxiety, tension, as well as the necessary control of emotional manifestations in general. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to determine the psychological content of mechanisms of self-regulation of the mental states of female military personnel during preparation for combat. Methods. Theoretical research methods are applied: analysis, systematization, comparison and generalization, interpretation of modern theoretical and empirical research in Ukrainian and foreign psychology of the manifestation of psychological mechanisms of self-regulation of the mental states of female military servants in combat conditions in Ukrainian and foreign psychology. Originality. The article analyzes the problems of self-regulation of the mental states and behavior of military personnel, which allows timely and adequate response to unforeseen changes in the situation by optimally reducing the level of fear, anxiety, tension, as well as the necessary control of emotional manifestations in general. The author's contribution consists in the generalization and systematization of modern concepts of the psychological content of mechanisms of self-regulation of the mental states of female military personnel during preparation for combat. Conclusion. In our opinion, the psychological mechanisms of self-regulation of female military servants are: instincts, urges, needs, reflex programs, automatisms; psychological defenses, emotional satisfaction; volitional actions, efforts, current and indirect self-control; self-esteem, harassment, locus of control, values, moral normativity; self-reflection, reflective understanding, self-improvement, subject activity, self-determination; psychomotor symbols, symbolic mimicry. Psychological preparation for combat is the study of methods of self-regulation in professional psychological training classes with the aim of purposefully forming one's own system of self-regulation, transitioning from spontaneous to conscious application of them, mastering the necessary new methods of self-regulation, which will allow to develop the ability to regulate impulses, thinking, emotions and behavior to achieve battle objectives.
Психологічні механізми саморегуляції психічних станів та поведінки дозволяють оптимально долати психологічні труднощі, які негативно впливають психіку, приводять її до перезбудження, зриву діяльності, деформації особистості у подальшому. Метою статті є теоретико-методологічний аналіз проблеми дослідження психологічного змісту механізмів саморегуляції психічних станів жінок-військовослужбовців під час підготовки до бою. Встановлено що механізми саморегуляції психічних станів жінок-військовослужбовців під час підготовки до бою забезпечують ефективне виконання функціональних завдань за призначенням, здатність регулювати імпульси, мислення, емоції та поведінку для досягнення цілей бою.
