Description: The current situation requires from graduates of higher educational institutions to work in an informational and educational environment and participate in its formation. Therefore, they should clearly understand the tasks of informatization and the prospects for development of this area. The information competence of a specialist in socionomic professions, including a teacher and a psychologist, means possessing the skills of information search, critical comprehension, analysis and systematization, holding an interactive dialogue offline and online, which are necessary in the professional activities of teachers and psychologists, on order to learn to formulate their own position on the issues under discussion, and be able to argue it. Furthermore, they need to be able to publicly present the results of their work, selecting adequate forms and methods of presentation. The formation of information competence of a student’s personality is carried out through the transfer of information, or rather, the ways and methods of using it. Since the peculiarities of the professional activity of specialists in socionomic professions are the work on identifying and developing students’ abilities, organizing research and creative activities of children, these forms of professional activity should be accompanied by information support. Among the technologies that contribute to the formation of the information competence of future specialists in socionomic professions, we define the following: technology of problem-based learning, technology of modeling professional activities in the learning process, technology of project activities. In order to form the information competence of future specialists in socionomic professions, it is productive to purposefully cultivate axiological aspects of the professional activities of teachers and psychologists during internships. Such work includes: 1) the preparatory stage (actualization of axiological knowledge during a pedagogical workshop, social and psychological training, making up a system of “professional taboos (prohibitions)”, an individual plan of professional and personal self-improvement, etc.); 2) the main stage (organization of open events, diagnostics, reflection, correction of their value content by experienced teachers and psychologists, self-diagnosis, diary keeping, etc.); 3) the final stage (group reflection on the results of open events, preparation of a self-analysis report, holding a final seminar, making up a system of individual professional and personal guiding principles, etc.). Changes in self-assessment of the student’s real capabilities and level of information competence which occurred as a result of a combination of trainings and practical activities ensured awareness of the need for the following professionally important qualities of a future teacher and psychologist as self-confidence, organization, responsibility, discipline, self-demand, ability to subordinate other people to their will, etc.
У статті розкрито сутність і особливості розвитку інформаційної компетентності фахівця соціономічних професій, зокрема, педагогів та психологів. Актуалізовано, що для формування та розвитку інформаційної компетентності майбутніх фахівців соціономічних професій продуктивним є цілеспрямоване культивування ціннісних аспектів професійної діяльності педагогів і психологів під час проходження практики. Доведено, що технологіями, які сприяють формуванню інформаційної компетентності майбутніх фахівців соціономічних професій є технологія проблемного навчання, технологія моделювання професійної діяльності в процесі навчання, технологія проєктної діяльності.
