| Περιγραφή: | The article emphasizes that the formation of a professional image in students during their master’s training is one of the promising directions for the development of the integrated personal resource of the future specialist, which ensures their ability to effectively communicate with the surrounding world in terms of the performing the professional duties and social roles. The article’s purpose is to present the pedagogical work system for shaping future specialists’ professional image during their master’s training process and its main subsystems. It has been found that the formation of the future specialists’ professional image should be carried out purposefully, consistently and systematically based on the provisions of integrative, competence-based, acmeological and creative developmental approaches. The system of pedagogical work has been revealed as an integrated set of specially selected content, a complex of methods, techniques, means and tools, oriented to the development of each content component of the professional image. The components of the system of pedagogical work for the formation of the studied phenomenon in the master’s training process have been identified and described. It has been established that the subsystems include educational and professional activities (theoretical and practical image-making training, individualized independent work), practical training (individual projects, mentoring programs), extracurricular work (student clubs and problem groups, volunteer programs, scientific research activities and publications), professional networking (meetings with industry experts, participation in the work of professional associations and specialized social networks), and monitoring the formation of the professional image of future specialists (regular evaluation and feedback, stimulation of self-reflection and self-development, focus groups). It has been concluded that the leading organizational and pedagogical term for the formation of the image of future specialists during their master’s training is the integrity, poly-subjectivity and image-creating nature of the educational process of higher education institutions, the unity and harmony of all its components. У статті презентовано систему педагогічної роботи з формування професійного іміджу майбутніх фахівців у процесі магістерської підготовки, що ґрунтується на положеннях інтегративного, компетентнісного, акмеологічного й креативно-розвивального підходів. У розробленій системі педагогічної роботи виокремлено й описано складові підсистеми, з-поміж яких навчально-професійна діяльність, практична підготовка, позааудиторна робота, професійний нетворкінг та моніторинг становлення професійного іміджу майбутніх фахівців. |
