Περιγραφή:	In the article, the author presents the developed didactic model of the educational component "Practicum of working with a choreographic team" in the master's training system of the specialty 024 Choreography, which consists of 6 interrelated blocks: target, methodological, resource, content, methodical and diagnostic. The key idea of the model is that the process of forming general and professional competencies will be effective (achievement of the educational component "Practicum of work with a choreographic team" defined by the program) if the didactic toolkit of each of the defined blocks is implemented. The target block of the model defines the purpose of the educational component "Practical work with a choreographic team", which consists in the organization of master's students' in-depth assimilation of the theoretical foundations of choreographic disciplines, planning, preparation and conduct of lessons in choreographic art, practical work with a choreographic team; formation of general and professional competences determined by the educational program and the program of this educational component. The methodological block provides for the implementation during the teaching of the educational component "Practical work with a choreographic team" of a set of methodological approaches (competent, axiological, system-activity, cultural, informational, technological, resource-oriented, individual, creative and health-preserving). The resource block contains information about the teacher who implements the educational component "Practical work with a choreographic team", material and technical support, course policy and information support, which makes it possible to build a system of resource-oriented training of future choreographers. The content block primarily reflects the content of the educational component "Practical work with a choreographic team" and a didactic map that reflects the topics of the content modules, the distribution of hours according to the forms of organization of educational activities, and the distribution of points that a master's student can receive. The methodical block includes various teaching methods (explanatory-illustrative, problem-based, partially exploratory (heuristic), reproductive), forms of education (lecture, laboratory classes, practical classes, independent work, consultations), and also determines the format of consultations (face-to-face and online, according to the form - individual and group, according to the time - according to the schedule or by verbal agreement on the initiative of the master's students in case of need). The diagnostic block of the model includes control methods, a mechanism for making up for missed practical classes, assessment criteria for classroom work, assessment criteria for independent work (INDZ - if available), assessment criteria for modular test papers, exam assessment criteria, a scale for assessing student success, as well as program learning outcomes. Презентується дидактична модель освітнього компонента «Практикум роботи з хореографічним колективом» у системі підготовки магістрів спеціальності 024 Хореографія, яка складається з 6 взаємопов’язаних блоків. Цільовий блок моделі визначає мету освітнього компонента, яка полягає в організації поглибшого засвоєння магістрантами теоретичних основ хореографічних дисциплін, планування, підготовки та проведення уроків з хореографічного мистецтва, практичної роботи з хореографічним колективом; формування загальних та фахових компетентностей, визначених освітньою програмою та програмою цього освітнього компонента. Методологічний блок передбачає реалізацію під час викладання зазначеного освітнього компонента сукупності методологічних підходів (компетентнісний, аксіологічний, системно-діяльнісний, культурологічний, інформаційний, технологічний, ресурсно-орієнтований, індивідуальний, творчий та здоров'язбережувальний). Ресурсний блок уміщує інформацію про викладача, який реалізує освітній компонент, матеріально-технічне забезпечення, політику курсу та інформаційне забезпечення, що уможливлює побудувати систему ресурсно-орієнтованого навчання майбутніх хореографів. Змістовий блок відображає насамперед зміст освітнього компонента та його дидактичну карту. Методичний блок уміщує різні методи навчання (пояснювально-ілюстративний, проблемний, частково-пошуковий (евристичний), репродуктивний), форми навчання (лекція, лабораторні заняття, практични заняття, самостійна робота, консультації), а також визначає формат консультацій (очні та онлайн, за формою – індивідуальні та групові, за часом – відповідно до графіку чи усною домовленістю з ініціативи магістрантів у разі виникнення потреби). Діагностичний блок моделі включає методи контролю, механізм відпрацювання пропусків практичних занять, критерії оцінювання аудиторної роботи, критерії оцінювання самостійної роботи (ІНДЗ – за наявності), критерії оцінювання модульних контрольних робіт, критерії оцінювання екзамену, шкалу оцінювання успішності студентів, а також програмні результати навчання.
