| Description: | The article is devoted to the basic featurescomprehension of reintegration and recovery processes in Ukraine in the context of the information societydevelopment, which is proposed to be called "information reintegration". It is noted that the processes of disintegration in Ukraine and Europe caused by destructive information influences have two key aspects – content-related and instrumental – and create consequences at the value, worldview, cultural, educational, communicative, intellectual, ideological levels. As a process opposite to disintegration, information reintegration should be considered in a similar way, which indicates the necessary vectors and basic positions of the state policy of reintegration in Ukraine. It is emphasized that the idea of information reintegration has not yet been developed by science, however, the actual presence and ramification of elements of information reintegration in the provisions of strategies and action plans for reintegration and recovery in Ukraine, as well as in the messages of state authorities’representatives, are noted. In the context of the information reintegrationelementsformation and directions, the progressiveness of the concepts of de-occupation and recovery of Crimea is noted. The principles of multiaspectness, extraterritoriality, Ukraine-centrism, equality and justice, the priority of human rights, etc., are proposed as the basis for information reintegrationunderstanding. It is predicted that in the future, the idea of information reintegration will develop as the basis for reintegration processes and the corresponding state policy in the context of the information societydevelopment in Ukraine, the further deployment of digital transformation, the widespread introduction of the latest digital technologies, and the integration of Ukraine into the European legal and value spaces. Статтю присвячено осмисленню базових особливостей процесів реінтеграції і відновлення в Україні в умовах розвитку інформаційного суспільства, які пропонується називати “інформаційна реінтеграція”. Зазначається, що процеси дезінтеграції в Україні та Європі зумовлюються деструктивними інформаційними впливами, мають два ключових аспекти – змістовий та інструментальний та створюють наслідки на ціннісному, світоглядному, культурному, освітньому, комунікативному, інтелектуальному, ідеологічному рівнях. Як процес протилежний дезінтеграції, аналогічним чином має розглядатися інформаційна реінтеграція, що вказує на необхідні вектори і базові позиції державної політики реінтеграції в Україні. Підкреслюється, що ідея інформаційної реінтеграції наукою ще не розроблена, однак констатується фактична наявність і розгалуженість елементів інформаційної реінтеграції в положеннях стратегій і планів дій щодо реінтеграції і відновлення в Україні, а також в меседжах представників державної влади. В контексті формування елементів та напрямів інформаційної реінтеграції відзначається прогресивність концепцій деокупації та відновлення Криму. В основі осмислення інформаційної реінтеграції пропонуються принципи багатоаспектності, екстериторіальності, україноцентризму, рівності і справедливості, пріоритету прав людини тощо. Прогнозується, що надалі ідея інформаційної реінтеграції розвиватиметься як базис реінтеграційних процесів та відповідної державної політики в умовах розвитку в Україні інформаційного суспільства, подальшого розгортання цифрової трансформації, широкого впровадження новітніх цифрових технологій, інтеграції України до європейського правового і ціннісного просторів. |
