| Description: | The scientific research is devoted to the urgent issues of restoration and modernization of the economy and state apparatus of Ukraine, the formation of its democratic development and economic security after the war. The post-war reconstruction of Ukraine, even now, is no less an urgent topic for representatives of the authorities, civil society organizations and ordinary citizens. The article analyzes the experience of reconstruction in South Korea, Japan, Germany and Israel in the post-war period. Based on this and taking into account the transformation of the world system in the 21st century. and the present, in which information technologies accelerate the pace of transformation of the world system, the main directions for the further development of Ukraine's foreign economic activity are proposed. A conclusion was made about the need to introduce high-quality innovative models in Ukraine and ensure constant dialogue and cooperation with the world; constant renewal of projects related to infrastructure, education, art, ecology, medicine; without bureaucratic cooperation between the state and business; increasing the potential of the number and quality of tools and mechanisms for Ukraine's cooperation and partnership with the countries of the world; construction and consistent implementation of modern economic relations; qualitative integration of Ukrainian enterprises into the international economic space; involvement of foreign entrepreneurs in activities in Ukraine; search for new approaches to partnership; new skills of solidarity and sustainability; understanding the mechanisms of sustainability of the real world; further digital transformation; implementation of innovative business models; improvement in the provision of public services; improvement of the state administration system; expansion of communication links based on modern technologies; establishment of prospective development goals. Наукове дослідження присвячене актуальним питанням відновлення та модернізації економіки та державного апарату України, формування її демократичного розвитку та економічної безпеки у повоєнний час. У статті проведено аналіз досвіду відновлення Південної Кореї, Японії, Німеччини та Ізраїлю у повоєнний період. На підставі цього запропоновано основні напрями подальшого розвитку зовнішньоекономічної діяльності України, її співпраці та партнерства з країнами світу. |
