| Description: | In this article, an attempt is made to understand the experience of preserving the valuable buildings of the village of Urych, which reflects the typical planning of the 16th century. characteristic of Boykiv settlements. The relevance of the research stems from the need to use the resources of the village for economic and cultural development and direct this development in the right direction. Monuments of archeology and architecture, historical and traditional buildings can be one of the important resources if they are used wisely. The village of Urych arose on an important trade route near the Tustan fortress and coexisted with it for almost two centuries. The system of lans contributed to the formation of strip buildings along the river on more or less flat areas. Today, the village partially preserves the lan structure and traditional buildings that were formed at the beginning of the 20th century. As a result of research, it was found that the protection zones of the complex of monuments of the historical settlement of Tustan extend to the development of the village, which significantly limits new construction. The purpose of these restrictions was the need to prevent the negative practices of faceless and vulgar construction, to further develop building traditions, preserving the traditional character of the Boykiv village, which forms the surroundings of the complex of monuments of ancient Tustan. Works aimed at the restoration of architectural monuments, the reconstruction and museification of valuable objects, the renovation of historical buildings, and the revitalization of abandoned and abandoned buildings are carried out within the limits of the development regulation zones. Prerequisites are being created to facilitate accurate reconstruction of valuable but already destroyed buildings. However, new construction and reconstruction of old buildings are carried out within the framework of established urban and architectural regulations. В даній статті зроблена спроба осмислити досвід збереження цінної забудови села Урич, яка відображає типове планування XVI ст. притаманне бойківським поселенням. Актуальність дослідження випливає із потреби задіяти ресурси села для економічного та культурного розвитку. Пам’ятки археології та архітектури, історична та традиційна забудова можуть бути одним із вагомих ресурсів при розумному їх використанні. В результаті досліджень виявлено, що охоронні зони комплексу пам’яток літописного городища Тустань поширюються на забудову села, що значно обмежує нове будівництво. Пріоритетним стає збереження традиційного характеру історичного середовища. В межах зон регулювання забудови проводяться роботи, скеровані на реставрацію пам’яток архітектури, відбудову та музеєфікацію цінних об’єктів, реновацію історичних будівель, ревіталізацію занедбаних та покинутих будинків. Створюються передумови для сприяння точній реконструкції цінних, але вже зруйнованих будівель. Однак, нове будівництво та перебудова старих будинків ведуться в рамках встановлених урбаністичних та архітектурних регламентів |
