| Description: | The article examines the process of digitization in educational institutions as a topical scientific and pedagogical issue. Particular attention is paid to analyzing the opportunities and challenges associated with the integration of digital technologies into the educational environment. The relevance of the topic is based on the growing need for educational institutions at all levels to adapt to the requirements of the digital age, which requires students to acquire the skills necessary for successful participation in the modern information society. It is emphasized that digitalization is not simply the provision of educational resources, but a profound transformation of educational content, teaching methods, communication channels and organizational models. The article highlights the importance of training teachers to use digital tools effectively in both teaching and research. It is argued that the digital transformation of education requires new competencies from educators, including the ability to manage digital educational environments, develop interactive educational content, and develop the digital literacy of learners. In addition, attention is paid to the methodological foundations necessary for the systematic, rather than spontaneous, implementation of digitalization processes. Various models and strategies for the digitalization of the educational process are considered, including blended learning, distance education and the integration of artificial intelligence technologies into pedagogical practice. The stages of digital technology implementation in educational institutions are identified, including digital readiness assessment, selection of appropriate platforms and tools, staff training, and continuous monitoring and control of results. Particular emphasis is placed on the role of digitalization in improving the accessibility, inclusiveness and personalization of education. The potential of digital platforms to adapt to the individual needs of learners has been explored, contributing to a more equitable and effective learning process. Case studies illustrating successful digitalization practices in secondary and higher education institutions have been analyzed to demonstrate the practical application of theoretical concepts. У статті досліджується процес цифровізації в освітніх закладах як актуальне науково-педагогічне питання. Особлива увага приділяється аналізу можливостей та викликів, пов’язаних із інтеграцією цифрових технологій в освітнє середовище. Актуальність теми ґрунтується на щораз більшій необхідності адаптації закладів освіти всіх рівнів до вимог цифрової епохи, що передбачає набуття здобувачами освіти навичок, необхідних для успішної участі в сучасному інформаційному суспільстві. Наголошено, що цифровізація – це не просто технічне забезпечення освітніми ресурсами, а глибока трансформація змісту освіти, методів навчання, каналів комунікації та організаційних моделей. У статті підкреслено важливість підготовки викладачів до ефективного використання цифрових інструментів як у навчальній, так і в дослідницькій діяльності. Стверджується, що цифрова трансформація освіти вимагає від освітян нових компетенцій, включаючи здатність керувати цифровим освітнім середовищем, розробляти інтерактивний освітній контент та розвивати цифрову грамотність здобувачів освіти. Особлива увага приділяється методологічним основам, необхідним для систематичного, а не спонтанного впровадження процесів цифровізації. Розглянуто різні моделі та стратегії цифровізації освітнього процесу, включаючи змішане навчання, дистанційну освіту та інтеграцію технологій штучного інтелекту в педагогічну практику. Визначено етапи впровадження цифрових технологій у закладах освіти, включаючи оцінювання цифрової готовності, вибір відповідних платформ та інструментів, навчання персоналу, а також постійний моніторинг та контроль результатів. Особливо увагу акцентовано на ролі цифровізації в підвищенні доступності освіти, інклюзивності та персоналізації. Досліджено потенціал цифрових платформ для адаптації до індивідуальних потреб здобувачів освіти, що сприяє більш доступному й ефективному процесу навчання. Проаналізовано тематичні дослідження, які ілюструють успішні практики цифровізації в закладах середньої та вищої освіти, щоб продемонструвати практичне застосування теоретичних концепцій. |
