| Περιγραφή: | This paper examines and reevaluates the significance of economic doctrines, scientific schools, and theories of environmental economics, considering the impact of economic activities on the natural resource potential and the contribution of economic theories to achieving the goals of sustainable development.The current state of geopolitical economic opportunism among most nations and countries of the world not only consumes the planet’s natural resources but also depletes its natural resource potential. The search for mechanisms to improve and rectify this situation defines the purpose of this scientific study, which proposes one of the most acceptable and effective economic models for organizing economic systems to ensure sustainable development at the levels of individual countries, regions, and the global community. The research employs methods of systemic analysis, synthesis, synergetic approaches, and their generalization using mathematical statistics and abductive reasoning methods in the context of economic, social, and eco-economic phenomena and events.The study highlights the unique value of various economic theories, scientific schools, and the role of scholars, given that different nations and countries exist within diverse economic realities and socio-economic conditions. Traditional mentalities, geopolitical factors, religious influences, natural and climatic conditions, and military aspects shape the local institutional characteristics and patterns of economic development. The necessity and rationality of regulatory influence by the state and society on economic systems, particularly in the sphere of natural resource management, have been investigated and confirmed. This regulation aims to prevent the negative manifestations of natural and economic entropy, both at the level of individual entities and across countries, regions, and continents.The study emphasizes the high importance of economic incentives for environmental neutrality, as well as strict environmental and economic regulations, mandatory payments, and ecological taxes applicable to economic entities, individual communities, and countries that act as environmental aggressors.To achieve the most rational and sustainable global development, it is proposed to establish mechanisms for institutional balance and environmental compromises based on the approaches of institutional environmental economics and a holistic understanding of the global environmental system. This aligns with the theoretical advancements in eco-economic equilibrium theory and institutional development.It is scientifically proven that institutional imperatives and strict state regulation not only protect the planet’s natural systems but also establish social and environmental justice and economic behavior norms. These serve as essential state and geopolitical guarantees for preserving life on Earth, halting environmental and military aggressions, and preventing eco-economic opportunism by economic entities and individuals. У статті розглянуто і переосмислено значущість економічних учень, наукових шкіл і теорій розвитку інвайроментальної економіки, урахування вченими впливу факторів використання економікою природно-ресурсного потенціалу та внесок економічних теорій для досягнення цілей забезпечення сталого розвитку. Під час досліджень визначено унікальну цінність окремих економічних теорій, наукових шкіл і роль учених, адже народи і країни проживають у різному часовому економічному сьогоденні та несхожих соціальноекономічних умовах, коли традиційно-ментальні, геополітичні, релігійні, природнокліматичні і мілітарні фактори формують локальні інституціональні особливості та закономірності економічного розвитку. Визначено високу значущість економічних стимулів екологічної нейтральності та санкцій, еколого-економічних жорстких регламентів і нормативних платежів, екологічних податків як для господарюючих суб’єктів, окремих громад, так і країн – екологічних агресорів. Запропоновано для найбільш раціонального і сталого розвитку світу сформувати механізми інституційної рівноваги та екологічних компромісів на основі підходів інституціональної інвайроментальної економіки та цілісного розуміння інвайроментальної системи світу в рамках теоретичних напрацювань теорії еколого-економічних рівноваг та інституціонального розвитку. |
