| Περιγραφή: | No artigo, abordamos o contexto atual da Cidade do Rio de Janeiro, marcado intensamente por uma sociabilidade violenta e letal. Acionamos uma triangulação analítica que inclui a situação de necropolítica e de brutalismo que caracteriza o urbicídio carioca; a condição existencial do territoriante em liminaridade que enfrenta a algoritmização da vida cotidiana; e o horizonte ético da justiça territorial que reacende a esperança de transformação do status quo. Essa triangulação nos leva à conclusão de que as injustiças territoriais agravadas pelo contexto de violência repercutem a ambiguidade da algoritmização do espaço urbano onde ocorrem, no decorrer do avanço do urbanismo plataformizado. Empiricamente, o uso de tecnologias de informação e comunicação, de que são exemplo os aplicativos Onde Tem Tiroteio e Fogo Cruzado, produz espaços liminares que definem a ação territorial de sujeitos sociais, em sua condição de territoriantes vinculados às redes digitalizadas. Por seu turno, estratégica e taticamente, a governança territorial e a governança informal, devidamente articuladas com a representação algorítmica da cidade, por meio de aplicativos de plataformas digitais, insinuam o desafio de superação do déficit ético rumo a uma cidadania urbana autônoma capaz de contribuir efetivamente para a garantia dos direitos humanos – direito à vida – e dos direitos urbanos, como os direitos à mobilidade, ao lazer e ao trabalho. Eticamente, vislumbram-se os sujeitos corporificados de direito enredados na arte de resolver – e salvar – a vida, cujo reconhecimento afirmativo do Outro, esse interlocutor válido e legítimo, se interpõe como atitude moral impositiva que visa à mitigação e/ou eliminação das persistentes opressões. In this article, we address the current context of the City of Rio de Janeiro, intensely marked by violent and lethal sociability. We activate an analytical triangulation that includes the situation of necropolitics and brutalism that characterizes Rio's urbicide; the existential condition of the territory in liminality that faces the algorithmization of everyday life; and the ethical horizon of territorial justice that rekindles hope for transforming the status quo. This triangulation leads us to the conclusion that territorial injustices aggravated by the context of violence reflect the ambiguity of the algorithmization of the urban space where they occur, amid the advancement of platform urbanism. Empirically, the use of information and communication technologies, with the examples of the Onde Tem Tiroteio and Fogo Cruzado applications, produces liminal spaces that define the territorial action of social subjects, in their condition as territories linked to digitalized networks. In turn, strategically and tactically, territorial governance and informal governance, duly articulated into algorithmic representation of the city, through digital platform applications, insinuate the challenge of overcoming the ethical deficit towards an autonomous urban citizenship capable of effectively contributing to guarantee human rights – the right to life – and urban rights, such as the rights to mobility, leisure and work. Ethically, we see the embodied subjects of law involved in the art of resolving – and saving – life, whose affirmative recognition of the Other, this valid and legitimate interlocutor, stands in the way of an imposing moral attitude aimed at mitigating and/or eliminating persistent oppressions. |
