Целью исследования является анализ и оценка современных тенденции инновационного развития АПК. В современных условиях невозможно развивать молочное скотоводство не используя инновации. Инновационная деятельность является необходимостью модернизации молочного скотоводство, условиям обновления его материально-технической базы, развития рынков сельскохозяйственной продукции, освоения передовых технологий. Ключевые направления инновационного развития в молочном скотоводстве и в целом АПК можно представить следующими блоками: человеческий фактор (подготовка кадров, информационно-консультационная служба); биологический фактор (новые породы животных, генетикам селекция); производственно-технологический фактор (использование новой техники, технологии воспроизводства животных); экономико-социологический фактор (развитие форм организации, формирование условии для развития научной, научно-технической деятельности и получения результатов). The purpose of the study is to analyze and evaluate modern trends in the innovative development of the agro-industrial complex. In modern conditions it is impossible to develop dairy cattle breeding without using innovations. Innovative activity is a necessity of modernization of dairy cattle breeding, conditions of updating its material and technical base, development of markets of agricultural products, development of advanced technologies. The key areas of innovative development in dairy farming and the agro-industrial complex as a whole can be represented by the following blocks: the human factor (training of personnel, information and consulting service); the biological factor (new animal breeds, genetic selection); the production and technological factor (use of new equipment, animal reproduction technologies); economic and sociological factor (development of forms of organization, formation of conditions for the development of scientific, scientific and technical activities and obtaining results). |
