Исследуется социокультурное образовательное пространство как педагогическая проблема. Раскрывается определение понятия «социокультурное образовательное пространство», его компоненты, принципы построения с учетом специфики образовательного процесса на юридическом факультете. Сакцентировано внимание на проблеме формирования социокультурной компетентности студентов юридических специальностей, т. к. вопросы ее развития с учетом специфики будущей профессиональной деятельности ранее не являлись предметом специального научного изучения. Цель статьи состоит в исследовании и истолковании социокультурного образовательного пространства как площадки по формированию социокультурной компетентности у студентов, обучающихся на юридическом факультете. Особое внимание уделяется принципам построения социокультурного образовательного пространства на юридическом факультете. Сделан вывод о необходимости использования общих принципов построения социокультурного образовательного пространства (принцип социальной направленности, принцип взаимодействия с заказчиками кадров, принцип личностного развития студентов, принцип включенности студента в систему, принцип проектной деятельности) с учетом специфики обучающихся на юридических специальностях. = The article examines the socio-cultural educational space as a pedagogical problem. The definition of the concept of «socio-cultural educational space», its components, as well as the principles of constructing a sociocultural educational space, taking into account the specifics of the organization of the educational process at the Faculty of Law, are disclosed. The author focuses on the problem of the formation of sociocultural competence of students of legal specialties, since the issues of its development, taking into account the specifics of future professional activity, have not previously been the subject of special scientific study. After analyzing the educational space of law faculties, a number of fundamental differences were identified in the educational process for law students from those studying in other specialties. The purpose of the article is to study and interpret the sociocultural educational space as a platform for the formation of socio-cultural competence of students studying at the Faculty of Law. The main attention is paid to the principles of building a socio-cultural educational space at the Faculty of Law. The author comes to the conclusion that it is necessary to use the general principles of constructing a socio-cultural educational space (the principle of social orientation, the principle of interaction with customers-cadres, the principle of personal development of students, the principle of student inclusion in the system, the principle of project activity), taking into account the specifics of students in legal specialties. |
