| Description: | В статье представлены результаты исследования авторских интенций регионального публицистического текста и ономастических средств их выражения = The article presents the results of the research of the author's intentions in the regional publicistic text and the onomastic means of their expression. Intentionality by many objective and subjective parameters: specificity of the genre in which the creator of the text works, the state of actual events with which the author works, making the subject of reflection and the object of expression of the author's position. The regional text has specific features that indicate the features of perception and reflection of this event. Onomastic means of expression appear both at the level of the title and the main text in the form of a toolkit of the basic onymic semantic types.
