Dependences of linear shrinkage of xerogels with temperature in a range from 60 to 1300 °C have been studied. Probable mechanism of xerogels compaction at every stage of sintering process has been considered. It has been shown that when filler concentration increases in a sol-gel system the finish vitrification temperature increases too (from 980 °C — for alkoxyde sample, and before 1300 °C — for aerosil sample). |
