Description: Цель исследования — уточнение понятия и сущности экономической безопасности промышленной организации (ЭБПО). На основании анализа имеющихся подходов к трактовке ЭБПО проведена их систематизация, определены преимущества и недостатки, сформулировано авторское определение понятия, наиболее точно отражающее его сущность. Установлено, что под ЭБПО следует понимать комплекс экономических отношений, характеризующих состояние финансово-хозяйственной деятельности организации в определенный момент времени, включающий функциональную (целевую) и обеспечивающую составляющие, которые взаимосвязаны и формируются, соответственно, текущим приоритетным вектором целей и совокупностью условий функционирования промышленной организации. Определено, что в качестве детерминант обеспечивающей составляющей ЭБПО, как правило, выступают: эффективность использования ресурсов, защищенность от угроз, экономическая состоятельность, наличие конкурентных преимуществ, способность к быстрой адаптации. Детерминантами функциональной (целевой) составляющей ЭБПО являются: достижение запланированных экономических результатов, финансово-коммерческих целей, устойчивое функционирование, экономическое развитие. The objective of the study is to clarify the concept and essence of the economic security of an industrial organization (ESO). Based on the analysis of existing approaches to the interpretation of economic security, their systematization was carried out, advantages and disadvantages were identified, the author’s definition of the concept that most accurately reflects its essence was formulated. It was established that ESO should be understood as a complex of economic relations characterizing the state of financial and economic activities of an organization at a certain point in time, including functional (target) and supporting components, which are interrelated and are formed, respectively, by the current priority vector of goals and a set of conditions of functioning of an industrial organization. It is found that the determinants of the supporting component of ESO, as a rule, are: the efficiency of the use of resources, protection against threats, economic solvency, the presence of competitive advantages, the ability to adapt quickly. Determinants of the functional (target) component of ESO are: the achievement of planned economic results, financial and commercial goals, sustainable functioning, economic development.
